Table d'hôtes

In the kitchen, it's Fabienne who works. Passionate about cooking, I obtained my certification as a restaurateur-caterer at Cefor in Namur. My favorite cuisine is Mediterranean cuisine, rich in colors and flavors. I favor seasonal and local products.

In the evening, by reservation, we offer a table d'hôtes. During the week a formula: aperitif with appetizers/main course/dessert and wine included for €30 and on weekends a 3-course menu for €37 aperitif with appetizers and drinks included.

 

I take rigorous care to balance my cooking to make it an ally for the body while trying to subtly sublimate fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, meats or fish. And above all, we will be careful Laurent and I to make each meal a real moment of sharing ...

Starter:

Tarte fine au fromage frais, tomates bonbon multicolores, copeaux de parmesan

Salade éventail de crevettes et avocat

Ballotine de saumon fumé

Coquilles st Jacques, émincé de poireaux et chorizo

Pressé de légumes du Sud grillés au feta

Soupe de potiron aux scampis grillés,...

Main course:

Bar en papilotte-courgettes et carottes braisées- pomme de terre en robe des champs.

Dorade royale -courgettes et aubergines grillées-couscous perlé

Côte à l'os au barbecue- salade-frites maison

Seiche à la provençale- riz noir

Paella à la valencienne

Côte de veau à la plancha- légumes de saison, gnocchis au pistou,..

 

Dessert:

Tarte citron meringuée

Tiramisu au spéculoos et fruits rouges

Pana cotta au coulis de framboise

Pavlova aux fruits exotiques

Mousse au chocolat belge

Crème brulée chocolat blanc -ananas braisé,...

The menu changes with the seasons, the number of guests and the chef's desire
